JOB TITLE : Senior Marketing Manager

LOCATION : London, UK

About This Role :

Working in a team, the Marketing Manager is responsible for designing and directing marketing activities for the EMEA region and will be based in our London office, together with the leadership for Comscore’s international efforts. The Manager will work closely with the local sales teams on developing and implementing the best possible strategies, working across the full span of marketing activities.

This role will manage the activities from start to finish, providing a varied, dynamic and inspiring work environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop strategic market plans and define campaigns to support sales and company goals in the UK and Germany markets.

  • Plan and manage the allocation of local marketing budget to achieve set KPIs.

  • Manage the delivery of outbound marketing campaigns and activities, such as public relations, case studies, testimonials, digital marketing, event marketing, and marketing communication, according to budget and according to agreed metrics, with support from Corporate Marketing teams as appropriate.

  • Define addressable market for product groups and Comscore's estimated market share, collating the relevant stats on the given market and Comscore's client base by industry segments.

  • Understand the sales targets, by product and renewal/new and track performance against targets. Work closely with local sales teams to propose, proritise and execute marketing activities to support agreed joint goals.

  • Provide input into and awareness of Comscore's global marketing initiatives: corporate stories, product marketing programs and brand messaging. Understand longer term corporate goals revenue, positioning and tactics.

  • Assist in evaluation of existing campaign programs and formulate proposals for further campaigns.

  • Work with sales to ensure that there is a comprehensive, segmented and up-to-date database of our clients, prospects and key industry influencers.

What You’ll Need :

  • 6+ years of work experience - preferably - in media, market research or web analytics.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Management or equivalent required.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise with autonomy in an extremely fast-paced environment.

  • Good organisational and planning skills.

  • Creative thinking with drive, motivation and initiative.

  • Culturally sensitive and the ability to deal with a diverse range of internal and external customers.

  • Ability to interact with senior level employees, customers, and partners.

  • Proven leadership capabilities.

  • Result- and data-driven.

  • Additional languages a plus, German preferred.
