Job Title: Associate Schedule Coordinator (Project Employee) - Temporary Assignment for 6 months

Location: Portland, OR

About This Role:

Schedule Coordinators are responsible for ensuring that schedule data in the comScore TV Essentials system is accurate, with an emphasis on reviewing the data from the networks and stations that use TV Essentials products.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collects, analyzes, validates and reconciles station/network provided schedule data to ensure accuracy before data finalization. Ensures that TV schedules, titles, and metadata are complete and correct in product reports.Uses web-based tools to identify discrepancies, edit or modify schedules and titles, document findings, and update reports accordingly. Communicates via email with station/network schedule contacts to request updated schedules, ask for clarifications, and answer schedule POC's questions.Regularly QCs data in reports to confirm accuracy. Monitors reports to ensure that schedule and content changes are appropriately reflected. Interacts with IT, Data Analysts, and Client Services to ensure consistency and accuracy of report content.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but relevant work experience may be substituted.1+ years of data entry experience1+ years of experience in an analytical, research and problem-solving capacityKnowledge and interest in the television and home entertainment industry is preferredDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrated experience providing outstanding attention to detailAbility to thrive and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPossesses solid oral and written communication skills
